  • Access and manage your accounts.
  • Easily group all your lines and those of your family members under one account with RED & Moi.
• My Information
  • Quickly access your personal information.
  • Update your address or bank details directly in the "My Information" section.
• Help
  • If you have a blocked SIM card or need assistance, the "Troubleshoot my mobile" section has all the answers for issues like loss, theft, or unlocking.
  • Find answers to your questions through our 24/7 online FAQ or contact our RED customer service representatives from 8am to 9pm, Monday to Friday.
  • Check your notifications if you're already in contact with our customer service; your RED advisor may have responded.
  • Track every step of your mobile and box orders, from registration to delivery and activation of services.
• RED Box Customers
  • To assess the status of your connection, use the "Troubleshoot my box" section in case of outages or incidents.
  • Perform a diagnostic to check your box's status and find solutions for any issues.
  • If you need to reschedule an appointment with your box technician, you can do so directly from the app.
  • Access incident tracking after reporting it.
• Notifications Center
  • Stay informed about RED updates through the notification center (e.g., new invoice, order tracking).
  • The notification center can be accessed at the top right of your screen.

Please note that the RED & Moi app can be downloaded and used for free in mainland France (excluding mobile internet connection costs according to your subscribed offer). The app is exclusively available to RED by SFR customers with a mobile plan or internet subscription.
